DeWayne Kvande DeWayne Kvande was born and raised in Bemidji Minnesota. During high school he was heavily involved in the Law Enforcement Explorers. Explorers is a program that helps youth to gain insight into the field of law enforcement. He enjoyed working closely with the officers and the training such as gun training, CPR, building search, and much more. |
DeWayne graduated from Bemidji High School and went on to North Central University in Minneapolis. During this time he became increasingly interested in two-way radios and other advanced technology. He became a licensed Ham radio operator in 2000. Spending his entire life surrounded by radios from two-ways to broadcast stations, it was no shock that he decided to persue his passion and come to work for Rogers Two Way. In September 2006 he began professional training in Chicago at the Motorola headquarters focusing on two-way radio operations, sales and customer relations. DeWayne has several hobbies that range from traveling, scuba diving, computer design and repair to performing as a skilled musician throughout the community. He has been with Roger’s since August 2006 as a sales consultant for many of our clients, helping them with their communications problems.
